she thinks she's really fat and went on a crazy diet. she's only thirteen!!! she weighs 120 pounds, but i dont think that's fat. yet she does and she complains about it all the time help!!

I hate to say this but show her my profile. I'm a decent looking guy and my girlfriend is a cow. I put her picture on my profile as well. My point is is even if she IS fat and she isn't, it is still okay because she will meet a great guy later on. It may even be better for her as jerks tend to not like fat girls.
Your girlfriend is a cow... Does she know u speak about her this way? U say jerks tend not to like fat girls, u sir sound like a jerk by posting a nasty comment like that about your girlfriend!
I think your sister is healthy, if she's worried y dont u suggest playing a sport together or ride your bike with her.

No, I don't think your sister is fat at all. I think she will be just fine in the long run. :)
You are right to be concerned and can maybe help her learn about healthy approaches to eating well & exercise. Try to bring in your mom & other people who might reach your sister. Get her to speak with a nurse of Dr. Its OK that your sister wants to look attractive if she has a healthy & normal idea of what that actually is.
