My little brother just turned 13 last month, since then he's started acting very distant.

He doesn't like to be hugged nor will he bathe with me like before.

Last night I tried to hug him in his sleep, because he looked cute, but he kept squirming and then kicked me off of him.

I just want our old brother-sister bond back. He's also avoiding me especially during the evening after my tennis practice. Usually I'd drag him to take a shower with me.

I miss him. He even stopped giving me kisses, I have to hold him down for one, he keeps saying he's not a baby anymore, but I reject that notion!

    I'm not sure bathing together is appropriate, especially since you 2 seem to have grown up.

    I think his reaction is normal, You can't expect to continue like before.

    But I'm sure if you give him his space, you'll be able to receive hugs in the future.
