ive had dreams were i drown and try to wake up but cant open my eyes for a while or sometimes i feel pain in a dream is it real? and is it normal?

    Yah its normal sometimes in my dream i fall or trip and i wake up and get scarred or i get hurt in my dream and wake up crying i think its normal

    yes its normal i have it often too except im usualy stabbed and feel like im dying other times my actions feel like they are real also
