My imagination is takeing over...

I am having trouble "Not" talking my self. I think constantly about a different place and being where I'm not like I am in real life. And video games aren't helping. I guess the question is... Is it normal that I kinda-sorta blur the line between real and make-believe?

It's probably a defense mechanism to deal with feeling malcontent. I talk to myself A LOT and it's pretty much because I don't like most of the conversations I have with other people, save a few folks. People are weird and it's normal. You're not going insane, trust me.

I do it all the time, I guess your conscience is just a talker, nothing big.

that's pretty normal, I used to think that I was in a flower garden and there is a huge tree and all I do is resting under that tree and I guess it was heaven.
