My husband's clothes stink! iin?

It's not his hygiene. His body doesn't smell. He just has this odor that he imparts into his clothing that is sickening and it doesn't wash out in the laundry. I don't know how this happens but it does. It most definitely comes from HIM and not an outside source. IIN?

Miss, it could be that when his clothes are washed they are left to long in the washer without being dried. This can create a mouldy, musty stank. Or, he might have a bacterial imbalance. If this is caused by something in his body he should see a doctor.

AG it is possible that he is a very flatulent man like myself. I am so gassy that often my clothes smell like sulfur or just sick farts. I really fart them up.
OP just love him for who he is. We cannot help it!
*Power farts those close by into submission**

Yes, that's always a possibility. Though, gas usually doesn't imbed itself into clothing.

My clothes smell like farts. They must be potent to become a permanent part of my clothes

If the smell is at all reminiscent of gasoline, you could pretty confidently assume that he is a closet-Molotov-cocktail-thrower.

    • No, it's not that. I'm very diligent with the laundry.

Haha. I know the feeling. My man can also be a bit of a slob sometimes. It frustrates me to no end and we've had so many fights and arguments about cleanliness because he likes to be a bit messy and slovenly (even though his personal hygiene is fine) that I've just learned to deal with it now. I hope that you can talk to your husband and eventually reach some sort of a compromise with regards to the laundry and the smell. Perhaps he can do his own laundry or at least help you with it.

(I apologise for not being able to directly reply to you as I am using the app.)

Then, take into consideration the possibilities that this may be health related.

Allow the clothing to soak in " Armour hammer banking soda and murphy oil for one hour then wash in hotwater cycle
