My hands weaken when i see blood

What I mean is that sometimes when I see blood ( in real life, not movies) my hands weaken so that its kinda hard to make a fist ( just saying, I'm not trying to hurt anybody). So, is this normal?

    My body feels weak when I see old peoples knees and feet, coupled with their inability to walk I just feel ill :(

    Its totally normal when I see other peoples blood my hands weaken and start to shake if I'm holding a pen or something I have to put it down or else it will fall
