My hands sweat constantly

I am 21 and my hands and feet are constantly sweaty and cold. Nothing helps and I don't want to take pills for it. I have been to dozens of doctors and they tell me that everything is normal and that I only have stress. The problem is that I have never been kissed and therefore never been in any relationship. I think about this a lot sometimes and it makes me sad and anxious. I am literally afraid to touch people's hands sometimes because im afraid of what they might think. Maybe all the guys are scared of me because im 6'2. I have high standards for myself which I don't want to lower and I want to wait for the right buy but it still makes me sad sometimes.

Anyway, is it normal that I have sweaty hands? Im starting nursing school in August and i'll be touching people a lot. My hands start sweating even when I start thinking about touching my patients hands. What can I do and is it normal?

Thank you everyone :)

If you work out or get tired, your hands might get hot or sweaty

I think you need to talk to someone close to you, like your parents or good friends. Just to get it off your chest. (I know that sound stupid because your doing that here on IIN but my point is your parents or good friends might give you better answers than people on here. Lol that sounds ironic and lame. Hope this help. Oh and btw I get really sweaty palms and feet but not as bad as you do.

You have palmar/plantar hyperhidrosis. I have that combo as well. And it sucks. But there are ways of dealing with it. I have tried oral medication to slow my heart rate and "dry me out" and different anti-perspirants. Drysol works the best for me. I put in on at night a few times a week and wash it off in he morning. I also have a ionphrosis (probably spelled it wrong) machine that sends electrical currents through water to my hands. I just put my hands in two pans filled with wamr water and in about 20-30 mins I'm done. You have to go to your doctor and tell them this is what you have and ask for drysol (because it is only by perscription). You also have to have a presciption to get the ionphorois machine. It cost me a few hundred dollars with insurance. Anyway, hope this helps!

There are shots you can get in your hands to stop the sweating. A friend of mines were terrible until he got that shot. I also haven't been kissed and I'm 6ft so I def thinks guys don't like tall girls or something

If your sweating problem really is from stress then instead of trying to stop the sweating maybe find a way to control your stress. Maybe Yoga would be helpful.
