My hands are always cold is it normal ?

In winter, summer, and everyday and each single second my hands are cold, even sometimes my father advices me to wear gloves, but that is just because he thinks that I'm cold WHILE I AM NOT haha :P I really like it being cold but I just want to know whether it is normal or not, because if it's not I would really want to check it.
