All these answers are very EXTREME. You are not a freak and you probably don't need a counsellor but you should worry about it, it's not normal and its not hot. There I think that covered everything :P Seriously though I think it might be getting out of hand, I personally like having more self control, although at times I find it really hard, no pun intended. The whole thing in general is pretty self-destructive. I threw my whole day off because of it today, was not happy with myself.

I've noticed that I often find my hand inside my jeans. It's an absent-minded thing. As I very rarely wear underwear, my hand is usually in contact with my gentleman sausage. When I notice it's there, I sometimes think, "Well... since it's already there..."
I don't think it's odd. Nor in your case. Perhaps you have a high sex drive. Either way, you're doing nothing wrong.
