My hair hurts when i use wax!

So I have very short very thick hair. I have shaved back and sides, up to my parting on one side and I usually just comb the top over.

The only hair product that works well on my hair is like a wax, It looks really good and does a good job but it makes my hair feel really rigid and stiff, it also burns as well.

Is that normal???

    Well since ur hair doesnt have nerve endings in them , I dont think it is the Hair that is Hurting

    It's not good that this is making your scalp burn and hurt. Why don't you shave the rest of your head off?

    Burning feelings on your scalp is bad. Have you tried other brands of wax?
