My hair doesn't grow, iin?

my hair does not grow. i trim it regularly, take care of it (condition, shampoo), i don't straighten it or curl it often. i blow dry it once or twice a week MAX, and i have never died it or used chemicals. why doesn't my hair grow?? i drink TONS of water and eat pretty healthily.

    Why would you need to "trim it regularly" if it doesn't grow?

      i belive that is why it is nt growing to much trimming

        It is growing, just about at the same rate as it's being cut.

    Cayenne pepper increases hair growth.

    Also, if your hair barely grows and you want it to grow, why would you regularly trim it?

    I'm sure your hair does grow, at least a bit. It's just that after it's reached a certain length it's harder to notice. My hair and nails always grow a lot faster in spring and summer. It must be all that extra daylight and the Vitamin D that's produced as a result of it.
