My grandpa was 5'8 now he's taller than me I'm 6ft he must be 6'3 or 6'4

    Flat out impossible. Most guys have reached their maximum height by the time they're 18, and only a tiny minority continue growing slightly over the next couple years.

    As you age, the length of the long bones of the legs doesn't change, but the spinal cord gradually compresses due to the long-term effects of gravity and wear, so height is slowly lost.

    Either you're tolling here, or someone is trolling you.

    No its not possible to grow after a certain age. Growth plates fully fuse with the bones at that age.
