1) your girlfriend (and her family) are idiots - pedophiles don't leave a look.
2) it seems your girlfriend is a nasty piece of work that is thriving on making you uncomfortable. I'd consider dumping her hateful ass.
3) next time she says "you look like a pedophile", respond with "and you sound like someone with the brain of a 5 year old. We must be made for each other!"

Sometimes pedophiles just have "that look." You cannot put your finger on it or really describe it, it just is what it is. Do you have dead souless eyes? It is kind of odd that her entire family also thinks you look like a pedophile.
