I guess you get used to it or walk away. How about you tell her just for the fuck of it. Especially when she's in a happy mood. Call her, make it seem like you've got something important to say. Tell her 'you need to talk'. Keep the suspense up. Tell her to calm down if she's already asking questions. Sit her down. Pause. Tell her she has fat knees. Be detailed about it. Make clear your disgust. I mean leave her forever self conscious about her knees. Make it such that she never wears shorts again. Make her feel so bad that she cries. Feed off her reaction. Be as cold as you can. Remember it's about the knees. Don't deviate. Then break up or something.
