My girlfriend is still in love with her ex

My ex was dating a guy who died in a car accident a few years ago. She didn't date anyone for nearly two years because she wasn't ready. I know she then dated a guy and then we met, and we have been dating for one year and a half.
But the other day she had her skype open and I read a convo, she was telling her best friend she loved me, but loads of days she still woke up to wanting to marry her ex, and then she realised that wasn't gonna happen and tried to erase this memory. she also said "i wonder if i will ever actually move on"

p.s. i didnt want any poll, just wanted your opinions.

    Theres nothing to do and nothing to worry about. A relationship ended before it should have, of course shes going to be sad about it, probs for the rest of her life.
    But guess what. She cant leave you for a dead guy lmaooooo

    It's perfectly normal she still loves him especially the they're relationship ended.

    If she's doing this, as you say, it's like that "grass is greener on the other side" feeling. She's all daydreaming about what's not here and now.

    Not sure what you should do. Sometimes you can't do anything. Make yourself hard to get, maybe? The heart can grow fonder of whatever it can't have.

    Sometimes you just gotta pretend you're that werewolf guy or vampire dude the chick in the twilight movies has a crush on and wait it out, the end decision will come, hopefully.
    I myself hate love triangles and as soon as I'd see that shit I'd be gone.
    But to each their own.
