    Part of being a man includes being able to exercise logic over emotion. In this case, it's thinking and acting with your brain and not with your privates.

    If you are not ready to exercise self control, then change the circumstances of the break-up, so she can not put you in such a "compromising situation." Break up with her when others are in eyesight (not hearing distance). Ask a mutual friend to be present for her moral support. Then, there's the old standby... firmly, but evenly, tell her to stop if she tries touching you inappropriately.

    Breaking up is difficult.
