    Remember puff puff, then pass... Get him out in the sun, slap his face an say "on your feet soldier. Get him outside and moving. Go for long walks or runs.

    Try encourage your friend, and call 911 if he says he's going to kill himself.

    I’m in this same situation. What seems to help is reminding the person about all their friends and people that care about them, and if they think that they’re just faking it, tell them that they have a whole life ahead of them and that they’ll have so many fun experiences in the future, they just don’t know it.

    Honestly, this is kind of a matter of life or death here & not something you are equipped to deal with on your own. There's really no magic combo of words that can cure depression or suicidal ideation. Your friend needs help from a professional & you need to take it very seriously & tell someone...their parents, a teacher, a dr or call a suicide hotline yourself & ask them for advice.

    This may seem like a huge betrayal of his or her privacy, but as I said, it's a matter of life or death.

      Person X may believe that a person is a criminal, whereas Person Y may believe the person is not. According to the philosophy of that poster in your room, there is no absolute evaluation of the nature of a criminal because the evaluation will be relative to who is perceiving it. Therefore, to Person X, him/her is a criminal, whereas to Person Y, they are not
