My friend paul always talks about his nana whenever he's around, at first we thought it was kinda funny, but now its borderlining on incestuous.
i think he has something going on and i dont wanna judge him i just wanna know if it could be normal for someone to develop sexual relations with there granny. Is That Normal?!?

The way you describe it, this behavior is clearly not normal. It is called incest and it's considered very wrong in most circles, not to mention that I'm pretty sure it's illegal. Assuming that we are looking at a case of incest here, we should be grateful that his grandmother is almost definitely post-menopausal, and it would therefore be impossible to have an unwanted pregnancy. I'm not in a place to judge here seeing as I don't have all the facts, not to mention that I don't know any of the individuals involved, but it sounds like there might be a problem here. Granted, there's still a chance that he just loves her as a grandmother and nothing more. Does he have any issues with other family members, such as parents that abused him or neglected him as a child? If so, it's understandable that he would have developed a strong bond with his grandmother seeing as it's possible that she was one of his only non-abusive members of his immediate family. While I'm not saying that you shouldn't consider the aforementioned case or something similar, it really does seem like you should keep an eye on the two of them; however, I'm sorry to say that I'm not sure how to help if incest does turn out to be the case. My best advice would be to not judge or make assumptions. Be his friend and stand by him, but if you strongly suspect something, you should really consult a mental health professional. They would be able to be much more helpful to you and provide much more insight than is possible for anyone here to provide. They would not only be better able to understand the case, but they would also have the skills to help you out, unlike your average Is It Normal commenter. I'm sorry if this is not what you would like to hear, but I'm afraid that there may be a serious problem here that would need professional help.
she may have been very lonely and wanted some company with your friend he in turn maybe got a little turned on by his grannys affection and next thing he is having sex with her, if they are making each other happy whats the harm and maybe she can feel that she has a sleeping partner who will not demand of her.
Very unusual to say the least. My granny was a hag, and I am pretty turned off by thoughts of granny incest. But nowadays. Grannies are looking loads cuter and sexier than they were in my youth. Hell, a good looking female is a good-looking female, whether related to you or not. But an ugly old wrinkled prune of a granny - that is, to me a YUCK.
You don't describe what he is saying/doing other than that he talks of her a lot. That's not of itself incestuous. He is likely just very close to his granny.
Are you sure you aren't just sexualizing all this?
