So every time my boyfriend and I invite her out to eat, she sits there and flirts. She'll twirl her hair, laugh over-the-top at all his jokes, smile wider than she usually does and then says silly things. Some example would be:

My boyfriend: I'm still so jetlagged.
My friend: At least you don't look it hahaha and she'll smile wide and then ask all about Australia nonstop. "Teach me the grading system in Australia and let's compare it. We'll make it a little competition haha"

OR

My friend: Do you like sushi?
My boyfriend: Yeah, it's alright
My friend: Pff alright? haha let's order you sushi here and I think you'll change your mind smiles wide again.

AND

My boyfriend after leaving the restaurant with us and it's windy: My hair is probably a mess right now
My friend: haha if it is, it makes no difference to me as you still look good

He's from Australia so that's why the jetlagged bit while in the US

He thinks she's not flirting but does see how it could be flirtatious while I see it as legit flirting.

    Call her out on it in front of him. You could embarrass her by saying something like, "Damn girl, do we need to stop and pick you up a fresh pair of panties?" or you could gesture to your mouth and tell her to wipe up the drool. or tease your boyfriend in the process by saying something like, "I will wrestle you in a mud pit if you dont shut up."

    Play with it, but don't feel threatened by it. That isn't sexy at all.

    she is a flirt she needs to back up. Stop inviting her to hangout with you and your boyfriend and that should solve the problem unless they are in cahoots already.

    Like another said, stop inviting her out with you and your boyfriend. Be like "Tonight me and my boyfriend are going out to dinner." She will probably be waiting for an invite and when she doesn't get one she will be..sad. Make it apparent that you and your boy are going out without inviting her a few more times and she should eventually catch on.

    While it's okay for a friend to have a little crush on their friends boyfriend it's not okay when those feelings are expressed. I mean, you know he's a great catch. That's why you're with him.

    don't be with her when your with your boyfriend. my boyfriend cheated on me with my best friend, now I don't speak to either of them Im sure you don't want that.

    One thing you're definitely right about - men don't care about their appearance as much as girls. I've seen this a lot as there are only a fair few who try to look good or naturally do.

    Are you from the US? I can understand the attention as he is exotic being from another country but yeah I suppose the excess compliments are a bit overboard. Only you can really read the situation, as well as you've explained it, it's all determined in body language.

    She probably wants to have sex with her friend's boyfriends. She will feel much prettier than her friends if she is successful. A good boost to her self esteem.

    Maybe your friend is more attracted to your boyfriend than she would care to admit. It happens sometimes.

    You have the right to feel uncomfortable or hurt,but in my experience if you say something abt it, you will be the pig in the story.

    Let it slide (know it`s not easy) if you can.Otherwise flirt with another guy and see what your Bf`s reaction will be.Not for payback,but to open his eyes.

    Totally flirting. Lets hope your boyfriend isn't a habitual liar and that he doesn't start talking to her behind your back. You shouldn't be worried if he's never lied about that kind of stuff, a little flirting is alright.
