My foot really hurts help

My right foot hurts. On the bottom of it near my toes their is a bump that looks like a scab and it really hurts. I’ve had this for maybe a a month? Idk how I got it but if anyone knows what it could be that would really help. I hope there are quick comments with people who have information to say on this. Plz help! Thank you!
