My five year old son likes to feel people's noses

My five year old son likes to feel everybody's nose. Some times he wakes up in the morning and he massages my nose. I tell him I don't like it and I tell him it is rude to touch people's nose. Pretty much anybody that is any kind of a friend he tries to grab their nose. I reason since he is only five he is always looking up and he sees up their nose, so he notices it more. I hope he grows out of the behavior soon because it is kind of embarrassing.

    5 year olds are very explorative, he's at the stage where everything interests him! He'll be curious also to whether anyone else has the same as he has downstairs and this is proven! Sigmund Freud - Stages of Learning or something along them lines! He has studies showing the different ages of a child and their learning interests :) look it up I'd advise you too, you might learn a lot about your childs mind and how it may be working :)

    'kind of embarrassing'.... totally!!! No offence but he sounds like a bit of a loserrr... I wouldn't be seen hanging out with that kid if I were you...

      Jeebley what happened, such a nice guy says this, no I understand your views, just remember he is a 5 year old, although they can speak etc he still has a lot to learn! She can't help hanging out with her own son man! Read my comment you might understand!

        Aww, You know I was just joking...! I just thought it was a bit silly that the OP was embarrassed by their kid doing fairly normal kid stuff.

            I think we all wish there was a special font for sarcasm! But even then, I probably wouldn't use it...just to be, you know,, like doubly sarcastic... Lol Anyway, I should maybe just stop being a sarcastic bastard!

    He's just a kid. Have you ever asked him why he does this? Maybe, he has a nose fetish? Or, they just really fascinate him and one day, he'll become an ENT.
