I don't think it's normal. I think it's far from it and I got weirded out when he told me. He's a sweet guy and he has always protected and looked out for me since we were younger. He has protected and looked out for his single mother and his sisters before I came along. So why would he suddenly want to be a baby?

I think he had to mature real fast because of his single mother and sisters. At a young age, he was expected to be the man of the house. That brings upon responsibility. He just wants to be a kid again and have no responsibilities.
If you are uncomfortable with such sort of things, talk to him. Else, do it once in a while. It won't kill.

Peeing in diapers is fun and perfectly harmless. Pooping in them is a little differant story. That's stinky and messy but if he just likes to wear diapers and pee in them, let him have his fun. I love wearing diapers but I only use them for peeing not #2. That's just too messy!! There are ABDL which stands for "Adult Baby Diaper Lovers" and there are just DL which is just a "Diaper Lover". I'm a DL not an adult baby. I just love the way they feel, the thick padding. I don't wear them to work. I wear them on evenings and weekends. As far as the fetish part goes, I have to confess that there is a certain turn ons. I wouldn't worry about it, though. Just let him know that he is great the way he is. Everyone has some kind of fetish. Even really quirky ones sometimes. As long as it is distressing him or your relationship and it isn't hurtin anyone else, it should be fine.
