My family is dreaming of me pregnant. iin?

Not MY family, but my boyfriend's family..

First his mom and then both his sisters just this week had dreams that I got pregnant with twins.

It kinda upsets me cause I just lost my son to SIDS in January. And I havent gone a week yet without his family going "and don't get pregnant!" Or "yall aren't tryna have another baby are yall?"

I'm almost positive his grandma dreamt of fish (they said dreaming of fish usually means someones pregnant or soon will be) not too long ago.

So everyone's dreaming I'm pregnant even though I'm not..

I believe dreams can have meanings and can predict future occurrences and/or give insight about our lives. Dreaming of pregnancy could reference being spiritually "pregnant" with something. You are on the verge of giving life to a concept or experience. Or, because you associate pregnancy with pain and your loved ones see that, it could be a manifestation of their anxiety about seeing you suffer again. There are many meanings it could have. Examine the feelings you and your family have about pregnancy and think of how it may correlate with the dreams.

They want you to have babies.

Tell them to back the fuck off.

Pressure like this can cause relationships to end.

    I think they are insensitive!

First of all, sorry for your loss.

Yeah I have heard that dreaming of a fish means someone you know is pregnant. I've done a lot of research on dreams; they do have meaning, but the meaning isn't always obvious.

My mom dreamed that her cousin was pregnant and had a daughter. She talked about it to the cousin and the cousin said, "That's weird 'cause I just missed my period..." And It came true! Now, I have a cousin named Isabel!

It could be that you will have twins in the future.

Just because you've lost one child to SIDS doesn't mean another one would die of SIDS. I personally think you would be better off not trying to have any children again until the two of you are ready and married.

    How old are ya'll anyway?

Well, I know this sounds cliche but you've got a lot of years ahead of you. If it's alright I would suggest you just concentrate on the grieving process and your marriage. I'm sorry you have to put up with people chiming in on whether or not you should get pregnant and superstitious dreams. If you do get pregnant again I would say just consider it a blessing regardless of what people say.

Tell them that your friend is still a 'boy', meaning that he has not yet reached puberty.

Yeah! Call him a manfriend if he's not a boy!

You should talk to your boyfriend about this. I'm sure his family is nice but it seems like the are pressuring you. Maybe he can talk to them.
