My face gets red and hot for no reason

this has happened to me for a little while now and i got to wandering is it normal. so my face turns red and gets hot, sometimes really hot and i mean im allways somewhere around people and this ALLWAYS happens. and its not just around people i could be sitting on the couch and this will happen. does anyone else here get this and does anyone know how to treat it? please help me.

    It's probably just a hormonal thing (are you a teenager or in your fifties?) that will go away after a few months. If it really bothers you, you can go to a doctor, but it probably isn't anything.
    I got that a lot when I was going through puberty, and I also got super sweaty - just randomly, not linked to stress or embarrassment or whatever - but I grew out of it by the time I was fourteen.

    This happens to me to. It's funny when my face turns red I get embarrassed that my face is red for no reason. I'm glad that this happens to other people too.

    Drink lots of water, it could be a mild dehydration
