My face feels tight and weird in the morning when i first wake up!

Sometimes when I get out of bed, my face feels tight and oily. When I look in the mirror and smile, it just comes out looking weird. After I wash my face and brush my teeth, my face seems to lose that tight feeling and I look good. Is this normal?

You are dehydrated. You need to drink more water during the day (6-8 glasses) because your body will not let you know you are thirsty until you are very, very, VERY dehydrated. Tight skin is a common symptom.

The same thing happens to my mom's vagina.

Of course it's normal! Virtually everyone has a bit of dry/oily face when they wake up. You may naturally have oily skin (glands that produce more oil than the average human-I do too) and after many hours of sleeping the oily build will be present on awaking. Like you already said, freshen up that face of yours first thing in the morning and you're looking goood! :D

It's not normal but it's not abnormal either. (normal being average)
If it's really annoying you though, you could go to a dermatologist. Though, extra oil is good for one thing, you'll get less wrinkles.
