My discharge gets in my pubic hair and hardens?

So lately ive been noticing that my discharge (which ive had for a long time, and i dont have my period yet...) will get in my pubic hair and harden to make a waxy feeling chunk. Its sort of uncomfortable. It hasnt done this before, and my discharge is the same white color and smells the same. IIN?

    Gross... But normal. Trim your pubes and problem solved.
