My daughter killed her puppy but i'm not sure what happened

I have my daughter on the weekends but I have to work on Saturday, I come home and the babysitter says my daughter put a pillow on our lab puppy and sat on it. I am really having a hard time figuring this out... my daughter is crying and says it was an accident.

    How old is your daughter? And what's the point of you having access at weekends if you're working, unless it was a one off?
