Totally normal, i be worried if it's black or has blood in it. Infact green and yellow are normal for toddlers.
If she eats like vegetables and stuff thats green like a green sucker its normal
I've had green poo twice in my life. First when I ate marrow and secondly when I had food poisoning. However at this time the nurse informed me it is fine to have green poo it just means that my digestive system is empty and it just pushing bile out. Nothing to worry about.
On a side-note, I can't believe "Poo" isn't in the spell check dictionary.
green is the first colour that your poop goes through in the digestive process. at worst, it's just probably some minor stomach problems affecting her rate of digestion, just like happens in adults sometimes with certain foods, etc. i'd see a doctor about it, but it's most likely nothing big.
DO you feed her anything that is artificially colored? Any bright cereal like Fruit Loops, Cap'n Crunch, Fruity Pebbles, etc? Kool-aid or any artificially colored juices? All of those things can cause kids to have technicolor poop, and not necessarily the colors you'd expect, ie red poo due to red koolaid. Artifical food colors are made from multiple colors, and don't necessarily come out the same color they went in.
I often used to get poo that was really green, when I had high amounts of iron in my diet. Also if you've eaten alot of vegetables, i got it too.
But I am anaemic, and it was the cause of alot of iron in my tablets so maybe shes having alot too.
She's probably having a vitamin deficiency, you might want to get her checked out. But it's probably lack of B-6 or 12 and Folic Acid. Go to the nearest CVS, Walgreens, or Rite Aid. And try to get the "Nature Made" brand, it's the highest in quality. But there are many numbers of reasons, as to why this could be happening.
Good luck :)
Pooh is not like a color pallet. You don't mix these two colors and get this colored pooh. It's probably no big deal. i commented on a similar post before. My niece occasionally eats markers and poos rainbow colors. Could it be something along those lines?
I have no idea. If she's fine otherwise, I wouldn't be too worried. Ask a doctor if you're still concerned.
