My Dad has his own bathroom in his room, its very nice nothing wrong about it. Yet still He uses my bathroom, but thats not all.
He uses it in the middle of the night. Ill wake up and here him pissing at like 3 in the morning. He also Sometimes takes a HUGE dump in there and dosnt flush just leaves it there. I think thats at least alittle insulting,
i think its his 'polite' way so saving get out of my house, and get ur own place.

Shockingly I recently experienced this by living in another couples home. Turns out he's not allowed to use his own toilet in the night cause he'll wake her, and he's not allowed to do number twos in there cause she wants it to "smell nice".
he prob doesn't lift the seat in your bathroom but you mom would kill him if he did that in hers. Since both of you stand (i'm assuming) its prob better for him to go there and violate the lift the toilet seat rule
my dad does the same. but my bathroom isnt through my room its in the main hall, so it is often more convenient.
I'm not clear here. Do you and your dad financially share a home, or are you living in HIS home?
Why don't you just say: "Out of curiosity dad, why do you use my bathroom instead of the one in your room?"
See what he says.
If that doesn't work start using his in the middle of the night. I'll bet he'll get the message pretty quickly. Make sure you're noisy so you wake him up.

Or..He hopes to "accidentally" walk into you and your girlfriend making out..then it would go like this:Oh shh..t!DAD!That's a fine chick you got there!How old are you?DAD!etcetera.You can imagine the rest.Or(I guess he doesn't like locked doors,for some reason)he just wants to make sure you are asleep.Or he hopes to walk in just while you are masturbating.Anyway,I would lock my door and stack sand bags behind it.And sleep with a gun under my pillow.Just to be sure.And attach a picture of him on the door with written on top of it:I cannot enter.And a picture of me holding the gun with written on top of it:Beware of the psycho gun armed numb nut.Or.. he just got used to your bathroom cause you don't bother him about leaving it dirty.Or..um..he wants to talk to you about something then kind of forgets and goes for a leak.Anyway..most likely..he just figured out there is something wrong going on in your room and needs to check if everything is in order.And uses the bathroom as an excuse.
Either way,It would piss me off tens of thousands.
Or,your mum happens to be in the other toilet,putting her face on,when he needs it the most.Or..she is the one telling him to come check on you.I advice you to confront him.Like:Would you tell me why you got so close with my toilet?Are you in love with it or something?Go hug your own toilet!Creep-O!Or he likes your perfume and sprays it all over himself hoping to seduce girls with it.Or your mom.She likes your perfume very much.

Put locks on it, or a note saying "use your own bathroom or swap rooms with me".

LOL. he probably doesn't want to stink up his own bathroom. I live with my dad right now and well when I go into his bathroom it smells horrible, like straight up urine and poo, and you can see yellow stains all over the floor and toilet. I tell him to clean it, but he rarely ever does. I would just clean your bathroom a lot or it will get really discusting.
well if its his house then you cant really tell him anything due to the fact that its HIS house. on the other hand if its your house then you should probably at least tell him something if it bothers you that much.
Just talk to him. He obviously doesn't have a clue. But he'd probably want to respect your privacy if he knew how you felt.
