a few months ago i notuced that my d*** has tiny white bumps/spots all over it, is it normall? !!!

    Well when ppl r born they have milk bumps but they usually go away but in some cases they dnt i aswell have some on my face still the spots on your penis could very well be milk bumps

    are you a virgin... if your not then its probably an STI (sexually transmitted disease) but if you are then they are probably just hair glands or oil glands and are perfectly normal... i seggest you read some of the story's on the link below.
