My college professor is vandalizing apartments

I live in a college town, in an apartment building that rents almost exclusively to students, on a street with several houses that are rented by students as well. It can get loud from time to time, but it's a very nice street. My professor lives in a house across the street.

Lately, I've noticed that there has been garbage strewn everywhere, all over the lawn in front if my building and in the yards of other houses on the street. I thought it was just sloppy college kids. Then one day, it seemed like someone had thrown what had to be 4 dozen eggs all over the (outside) staircase. Then the next day, the lawn and stairs were covered in turds! (Hopefully not human).

One day, I went outside at like 4am to smoke on the balcony- and who did I see scattering garbage and toilet paper all over the lawn- MY PROFESSOR!! I can't take him seriously in class anymore even though he's a good teacher!! I think it's sort of funny that he's a vandal, but also crazy!!!
