My brothers a complete a**hole, is it normal?

Ok. When me and my brother were little kids we were acually real close. He was my best friend and we did everything together. When he got to high school he started acting like he was a king and could do anything he wanted and he turned into just a big jerk. He beat on me all the time and would always threaten and yell at me. he’d scream to my face and take my stuff then he all but took my room at my moms house (my parents are divorced, it happened before me and brother can remember). He goes around and tells all his friends what a horrible person I am and how stupid or annyoying or I did this or I did that. My dad either laughs or hit me too when my brother does something and my mom just ignores it.now its still the same way!!! Its driving me crazy because back then as well as now my parents let him do anything without getting in trouble but if i do as much as forget to pick up a piece of trash (he trashes my moms house and HE doesn’t have to clean it up) my mom/dad freaks. Hes really allergetic so theres always used tissues everywere when he comes over and I always have to clean his messes. My srents are starting to treat me the same and I hate them all. My brother the worst and I wish he would just die!!! I hate him so much…and I don’t know what to do. Im scared to death of him because he beats me up and hes a giant, a foot taller and 100 pounds more then my 5’5 110 pounds.i yell I try to hit but he puches or grabs my head and screams at the top of his laungs into my ear. It makes it worse that I cry when im angry so to see my tears or me storm off to avoid crying makes it sooooo fun for him. Hes a complete sadist to me. is it normal?
