I have to ask what are you taking about?

"he claims that she saved him from getting copyrighted."

Did he write something or invent something? Why would she save him from copyrighting something?

If he has the money to get something copyrighted he's doing something right.

Also what's wrong with home school?

Agree with your post but there can be a LOT wrong with homeschooling: see recent reports of abusive parents of 16 kids who registered themselves as a homeschool and this was never checked out by anyone. True, this is an extreme case, but there are also the fundamentalist christians who homeschool the better to brainwash their kids and keep them isolated from any other views of the world

Thirteen kids. David and Louise Turpin. Why blame homeschooling? Why not blame the family? Phyllis and her preacher husband Wayne Robinette, the grandparents. Or the two aunts Elizabeth and Teresa. No it's the home schooling.

Look pointing at homeschooling and saying it failed is on a whole, wrong. Before compulsory education was created everyone was home schooled. There are some children who can't attend a public school. Homeschooling is also less expensive. Saving up to $60,000 per child per year.

Homeschooling doesn't expose our children to teachers who don't even care anymore. The ones who show up drunk (That's right coach you never fooled anyone. Every Monday?). The ones who mentally, physically, and sexually abuse the kids. It also removes our kids from the dangers of public school. Gang violence is one I have personal experience with.

Homeschooling is not a child welfare system. It is solely in existence to educate. In this case it does an extraordinary job. Most of those who go to homeschool test at or above the national average.

But what about social interaction. Most of those who go to homeschool also attend two or more extracurricular activities.

I was homeschooled and I agree. While, I was fortunate enough to not be in a similar situation as those siblings, there are far too many loopholes and oversights that exist that people with nefarious intentions can take advantage of. Germany has banned homeschooling. I would like it banned here or at the very least, make it mandatory that someone come to inspect the home to make sure the children's educational needs and well-being are being met.

WHY BLAME HOMESCHOOLING! Even public school is not designed to monitor the welfare of children. How many kids that attend public school get beat, raped, or murdered? It's not a books job to care for these children. That falls on the families.

But your right. Make it illegal. Those kids who can't go to public school don't deserve an education anyway right?

        On the other hand:

        https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_school_shootings_in_the_United_States

On that evidence, public schools in the USA are very good at producing homicidal maniacs.

I don't think there's much you can do for him sweetie, you're brother is going to do what he wants.

Take the above advise; stay in school and don't do drugs.

Has he Skyped with her to prove she's who she claims to be? She could be a grown as man for all you know! Tell your parents and have one of them come with him when he goes to meet this "girl". I don't want your brother to end up on the news because he went missing.

People who are incapable of asking a coherent question aren't as bad as drugs, but still pretty bad.
