My boyfriend say i am too loose

We have been together for almost 3 years now and make most of our decisions together. I have recently bought a few personal things online and he sort if flipped out about it. He said I was "way too loose with my wallet". I don't think it's such a huge deal if I indulge in myself from time to time. It is my money but we are planning a possible future together. I am not sure it's ok for him to criticize my spending habits either way. Am I too loose with my wallet or is he being dickish?

    Impossible to say without more context.

    Are you spending money that you had specifically agreed to save? Is he concerned about the bank looking through your expenses when applying for a mortgage? Does he also spend a lot of money on himself?

    It depends on your situation... my partner and I are hoping to buy our own house sometime soon and we have to limit our spending on ourselves.. not that your in that position...
    That's said he is being a bit of a dick.. if it's your money and you dont spend on yourself often there should not be a problem
