My boyfriend's younger sister wears makeup and it pisses me off?

She's only 11 years old and she looks older than my twenty-something yr old self because of her height and her makeup. She's 5'11 and she wears a ton of makeup. Lots of eyeshadow, lots of black eyeliner, lots of lipstick, lots of blush, she contours her face, fake eyelashes when she's out with friends or with me and her family, etc.

Was I old school for wearing make up for the first time at age 17? Is this a new thing I'm not aware of? When we went to a restaurant the other day, the waiter flirted with her and she got uncomfortable so I told her he thinks you're older because you wear so much makeup and she called me a b*tch, saying she's 11, not 4. What?!

Is this the new generation? Is it normal I'm pissed. I told her mom casually, "she wears a lot of makeup. that must be a thing nowadays (even tho not one of her friends wears it)" and her Mom just responded with, "she's overweight, it makes her feel better"

I'm like WTF. Who gives a shit, she's only 15 pounds overweight woman, BE THE MOM. The girl also watches masters of sex. Da fuq.

Is it wrong I can't stop thinking about this? The girl is really shy btw..but she swore at me that one time..very odd.

      No its not normal for an 11 year old to be wearing that much makeup. Its normal to wear foundation, mascara, eyeliner maybe some eye shadow. But contouring your face and wearing heavy lipstick like that is too much for her age. She sounds like she's trying too hard to look older and she's going to get the wrong attention and probably a lot of acne. Or maybe she's just really insecure with herself. Tell her she looks prettier with out makeup. She's gotta be a kid those are the best / easiest times for most.

    All young girls like looking older.
    Instead of thinking how slutty she looks (you say waiter talking to her). Maybe say how grown up she looks :) Oh, I mean in a nice way by the way. You'll probably both get along better.

    By the way have you asked if she's a virgin? No, only joking, seriously I'm a bit tired and signing off now :)

    Definitely new school I did exactly the same tons of make up was getting into night clubs and bars at 15 most people thought I was 20 something very dangerous road because guys think your legal age to fuck

    I think tbh that you just let her do what she wants as her wearing make up is not actually directly effecting you.
