    The underwear fetish is fairly common. So if you define 'weird' as something that no more than 1% of people do, then I don't think what your boyfriend does qualifies. But I also don't think it's 'normal' in the sense that the majority of guys do it. And if he can only reach orgasm if underwear is involved, then that's moving into the area of sexual dysfunction since it restricts what the two of you do.

    The most important thing here isn't how 'normal' your boyfriend's underwear fixation is. When you have sex, you're not (I assume) striving to maximise the social media likes you get or how many views your videos get. It's the two of you alone together, and the only thing that matters is that you're both happy with what you do.

    If you enjoy sex with him and his underwear thing is something you can live with, then I suggest you try to accept that's just how he's wired-up. If you find it upsets the flow of sex, that it's getting boring, that you feel he's more interested in what you wear than he is in you or if you'd like it if he sometimes came inside you or somewhere else, then I'd suggest that you talk to him about this.

    My guess is he's trying not to get you pregnant.

    You need to tell him that you want him to cum inside of you - and to fully enjoy things.

    Also, tell him how you are avoiding pregnancy - or jointly agree that its OK if/when it happens.
