the menstrual blood is not pure. may be vampire likes fresh blood that runs from heart to brain(I am not too expert in it) that passes through side part of neck. But it is not healthy for your BF to drink your menstrual blood.

I don't think it's something that everybody's into, but I have to say that I completely understand where he's coming from. I drink my own and I love the taste, but it's more of the idea of it that I like.
