My boyfriend is selfish

Is it normal for a boyfriend to be selfish and self interested? He never wants to do anything I want to do and so I'm constantly having to comprimise to make sure he's happy. But if it's something I don't enjoy, then he throws a strop. Everything is always my fault and never his. He seems to think he is always right and I'm wrong. He even expects me to constantly be there for him. However if I need him he wont be there unless it fits his needs.

    definately not going to get any easier!! break up with him!! he will come running back n if not ull find someone who knows how to compromise..

    Judging by this story you're probably young and so is he. You both have to mature. Dump him and see how fast he changes, that's if he really loves you. And as for you, you have to grow up and learn to move on if you're not getting anywhere with someone. Life is too short for that bs.

    Check out NPD. I'm suspecting my husband is one as he has most of the traits. It really sucks and I'm in limbo at the moment. Please report back after checking NPD narcissistic personality disorder and let me know if any of the traits match your partner. Good luck. Your gonna need it if he has.

    I dated a guy like that. All he wanted to talk about was himself. And it was awful. People that are Egotistical are not able to empathize when your upset. You're gunna end up arguing a lot
