My boyfriend is a baby...

He whines like a chick. I love him, but UGH. Sometimes I feel like the man. He always gets so dramatic during fights. I'll be the one he treated like shit, but somehow I'll end up consoling HIM.
I wish he would man up.
is it normal that I want him to man up?

I'm surprised that there are guys like this, don't get me wrong I'm not saying that you can't be emotional and caring
(Hell I am more emotional than any of my friends)
But getting angry at your girlfriend and then get sad and cry because they defend themselves?

I guess it can happen sometime, but doing it multiple times is just wrong, stupid and childish.

I think it's normal for you to want him to "man up" but don't just put it like that.
Talk to him, tell him that it's really bothering you and that he will have to do something about it.

He guilt trips you. A lot of childish guys do that. Next time he does it call him out. "Quit guilt tripping me!"

I've dated a guy like that. After we broke up I didn't want to admit that I dated him. But hey we've all kissed a few frogs. It's not gonna get better as it goes on, a guy like him can get REALLY bad. A guy who does wrong then blames it on you.

    Leave him.

Get your things back before you leave him because my ex kept my things hostage.

They're all babies! Some just hide it better than others but really they want things their way and cry / sulk if it doesn't happen.

Stop pandering to him, you are not his mother!
If he doesn't grow up pdq then bin him!

What's all this "man up" stuff? He needs to GROW UP, simple, nothing to do with gender

I'm very suprised to see i'm not the only one:/ my bf is the EXACT same way. He's scared of everything. Yells, throws fits, and/ or cries if I do simple things to make him mad. I love him also. I just don't know how normal this is? I feel like the man also.

No maturity in that man. He sounds like a world class drama queen. Heck if he wants drama, join the stage. He can act to his heart's content without having to be in a relationship. That is a dealbreaker kind of man, move on.

Omg!!! My bf is the same exact way! It drives me nuts! He treats me like garbage but I'm the terrible one for saying something about it. Ugh. I really feel bad for you.
