Is it normal for your boyfriend to reject you sexually? He always uses drinking as an excuse to avoid sex. He'll be up for it and then will drink a few cans and then be too drunk to perform....all the time. It is starting to feel as though he doesn't want to have sex and is useing this to avoid the situation. Is this normal?
I would take the sex. He doesn't realize that they're are people "i guess" like my self, that still virgins at 20, and would take sex in heart beat! What a fucking ass hole. He'll get a reality check when she walks out the door; He'll realize he lost it all
I doubt it's for the purpose of not having sex, he's probably a raging alcoholic. Addicts put their substance before everything.
My ex is an alcoholic. We had the same problem. He would drink (and smoke) so much that he wouldn't be able to perform. He just had addiction problems. It wasn't to avoid sex. I ended up being the one to avoid sex cause it was so terrible. I had to leave this guy! And everyday I am so happy that I did. Find someone else!!!! Someone who doesn't put their drinking before you. Leave him!
No it's not normal. What the fuck is wrong with him to reject having sex with you? Try talking to him, he's got a big problem.
That is very abnormal. Most guys will do anything to GET sex. The way I see it, you're either too ugly to f*ck or he has a serious drinking problem.
In Perks of Being a Wallflower, there was this closeted gay guy who had to pretend to be straight to fit in so he had a gf. He got really drunk to pass out or get out of having sex with her.

It seems like he's either asexual or has performance issues and/or a lack in experience. He may find it easier to drink rather than talk about it. It's possible he's just an alcoholic, but it's in no way indicative that he's cheating and very unlikely that he's gay. Talk to him and find out.

This does not sound normal to me at all. As someone else stated most guys jump at any opportunity to get laid. I was wondering if maybe he is having trouble with Erectile Dysfunction and is using the "I'm too drunk" excuse as a way to hide it. Just a thought. I doubt it has anything to do with you personally, I really think it's about him.
Poor girl. Move on. You don;t need a drunk partner. It is life time problem if you believe in serious long term relationship.
