    Can't say that it's normal, but there could be reasons why. If he's inexperienced, he could just be nervous. If he mastrubates too much, he may have gotten to the point only a certain way to stroke him gets him off. Or you could try a different technique. Most guys don't like any teeth raking. And when you feel him start to get close, don't change what you're doing or the stroking speed.

    I've heard about guys who do not find stimulus enough on it.
    Anyway why don't you just keep doing it if he gets hard and pleases him? If it pleases you why not be pacient and wait. It wont take longer if you insist.

    It's not normal, but I've heard of this before being linked to anxiety or emotional problems. I'm not sure what you can do. Only he can tell you what feels best for him to make him get off.
