My boyfriend is very thoughtful and romantic. However, when we are in public, I feel like I'm out with a friend. He doesn't hold my hand or around the waist. He basically never touches me, and definitely doesn't kiss me on the cheek.

Oh, and he is most definitely not ashamed of me, so it's nothing to do with that. I am very attractive if I may say so myself. Haha

Is this normal?

    Some people just don't care to display their affection publicly.

    Honestly, just let him be himself. If you want to hold his hand so bad, then just grab it while walking with him, initiate the affection instead of waiting for him to do it.
