My bf is abusing bronkaid

So my bf has brokaid tablets and boxes all over the kitchen. He takes them every morning. And maybe even twice a day. I’ve never said anything cuz I thought it was just caffeine. Idk though. Is this bad

    alcohol and benzos

      Should I be worrie or alarmed? He gets mad when I talk about it. Apparently he’s depressed so using it helps. But he’s letting his friend keep them for him so he doesn’t abuse it. I’m scared he’s gonna get addicted tho

        Yeah it's probably not a good thing if he's taking it every day and is addicted to it - same with the benzos. They can both be pretty hard to quit (apparently - I don't know much about ephedrine). Do some research and talk to him about it, see what he says. See if he's willing to stop taking it. Cos it's definitely not the best thing in the world - I just read that it can screw people up a fair bit if they abuse it for too long.
