My best friend seem gay,is it normal for straight person to act like

I'm gay (I'm not out, but everyone thinks I am, I will explain), and I don't know if my best friend is gay too...

Firstly I want to explain why everyone thinks (knows) I am gay. The other week I had a dream about this friend about me and him nearly kissing, where I fell on top of him and we nearly kissed. Everyone heard me say this and they were all like 'omg you're gay and you fancy him' I was like 'errrr I don't...'. The other day, I had another dream about him, where he was in my house with all my friends and he took me upstairs and wanted to tell me something, but then he sat on my bed and kissed me, we kept on kissing for a while (It's like my best dream ever) and I told him and other people heard it, and he was like 'no you're definitely gay no straight person dreams about kissing their best friend' and this eventually got around to all my friends by other people listening in and they were all coming up to me asking if I am gay and saying 'I don't care if you're gay but I would like to know if you are'. But me, in a panic denied it all saying I am straight who 'has dreams about my best friend' (hahaha I know). Later that day we were talking and he just said, 'You know, I do accept anything you are like if you're gay I'm really not bothered it's not going to ruin our friendship if that's what you're worried about'. And we have a REALLY close friendship, another reason people think I'm/we're gay.

Anyway, back to the original question, we act like a couple. I mean we really do look like one, the other day walking to lesson in school our friend said 'you two are really a proper cute gay couple, I'm not messing it is so cute' and then she said just hold hands, and he didn't even say anything, so I held my hand out and he just grabbed hold of it and it wasn't even awkward we just walked around holding hands. We always hold hands now, I always ask him in lessons where we're together and he looks around for people and will let me. We gaze into our eyes, we just stare into each others for about 2 minutes or more just not speaking! We spoke the other day and he was saying 'am I your best friend?' and I was saying yes you are and he was like 'no you're lying' so I grabbed his hand stared into his eyes and said 'you are my best friend, I've never had one like you before i love you' and he was like 'awwww thank you you're mine too, I honestly love you too'. We always say 'I love you', and he goes on about how good it would be if we lived together and I was saying lets live together when we're older and he was asking really can we? We always hug each other, today I asked for a hug and we just gazed into each others eyes and he grabbed me tighter and wrapped his feet around me and said 'I love you'. I always walk up to him and pinch his *** he goes 'ooo!' and smiles and sometimes pinches mine too. He has been saying how much he likes my jaw line and chin, and I was saying i like his too and he was like 'don't lie' so I was saying swear down and he was saying 'aww that's lovely'.

Do you think he is gay or is it normal for a straight person to act like this? He denies he is gay but saying that so do I and I am gay...
