my best friend is a skinhead and so is her boyfriend (she is 20 and he is 24.) they talk like once day on the phone and see each other a few times a year. they are long distance. my boyfriend(29) lives a couple blocks from me(20) and we are extremely happy together. he is super sweet to me and i love him. she seems to hate him all of a sudden and is making me feel like i should leave him because he has a shitty job, (when her boyfried was jobless and phoneless for a while.) she wont shut the fuck up about him. is it normal to want to drop her as a friend? talking to her is out of the question. she wont understand that she is wrong

    Not all skinheads are racist, but a lot are. If you friend is a racist, you should dump them for that reason alone, to hell with all the boyfriend drama.

    My sister hates someone I like.

    Either you're friend is jealous or she's not actually a friend. Get a new one and see how it works out. If it also goes bad and the previous friend was better, just stick with whatever you had.

    Drop her like a bad habit! True friends don't behave that way. You might give her one more chance, but after that if it still continues, kick her to the curb!

    she sounds jealous, maybe of losing your undivided attention or having a nicer boyfriend than her. leave her be, move away from her by degrees or be up front and tell her straight to back off your man. good luck

    Honestly I would drop her as friend. True friends support you no matter what. It sounds like she's either jealous you have a boyfriend you see all the time, or she possibly has a crush on your boyfriend. Either way, friends are dime a dozen.
