always watching me through keyholes standing really close to me and breathing on my neck listening to my phone calls opening my mail asking what am I doing over and over and over its creeping me the f--- out

    I agree with Bugs. This kid is crossing some serious lines. I'm assuming that you live together? Why don't you talk to him about it? Or, his parents if that doesn't work.

    If it is a younger cousin, I think it is more normal, because he may be trying to find someone to look up to. I do agree he is crossing the line when he stands so close to you that you can hear him breathing. But think about it - autistic people don't think as fast or clearly as others. My brother is autistic and he always likes to hang out with people he admires. They tell him to back off, and I do admit he stands kind of close to people, but that's usually because he can't speak clearly and he stands close to people so they can hear him better. So about your cousin, I don't think He's trying to be creepy - he's just looking for a role model.

    IIN My electric cousin is always hanging around me.

    He plays these guitar solos that seem go for ever, it's driving me nuts, who does he think he is Carlos Santana.
