My asshole dreams keep reminding me of something i couldn't have

It happened too often that I always dreamt about something I couldn't have whenever I slept. Last night is the worst dream ever as in that dream, my crush looks so sexy when he wore that sexy outfit while he stood happily beside his wife. It's the biggest 'fuck you' sign from my dream as it will always tries to remind me of something I couldn't have in real life. This was not the first time I woke up feeling very sad because of a dream but I must admit this one went way overboard on playing with my feeling.
