Normal. Your mind is trying to calm itself. Reaction is self defence reflex. Beleive it or not. It's perfectly normal.
There was about a year when I'd hear non-existent songs at random when I lived with a friend of mine.
Yeah I think that's normal. I dream about songs that are nonexistent. It's the strangest thing lol
I am constantly bombarded by mental music - I have learned to mostly control and enjoy it, and now writing a new melody is easy. Much better when stoned!
I occasionally have auditory hallucinations. There was a point in my life where I had a lot of stress and the auditory hallucinations got more and more frequent. Subsequently, I freaked out because I thought I was effin' losing it. I did a little reading on the subject, and it turns out that it is actually fairly common. About one fifth of people hear harmless auditory hallucinations, generally of whispers or music (I heard my name over and over), at some point in their lives. It usually happens as we are falling asleep, waking up, or in times of stress.
it's normal. i hear songs in my head all the time. or when i'm mad & i go 2 write a song i hear how i want it 2 sound when i'm only writing, not singing, it.
Yeah that's pretty normal. It's basically like some kind of defence mechanism to combat stress. Kinda like your brains way of saying " Hey! Idiot! Calm the f**k down!" :]
don't worry i hear full orchestras in my head constantly, and no im not a musician
Most people do actually here things in their minds. I hear mozart in my head. Your brain is saying its stressed and needs help.
