Mother in law shows pictures of herself

Every now and then my wife's mother will automatically go in her room and come out with a set of photos. To me, it looks like she already went through them and organized which ones she wants to show us. But.... she will show me photos of herself when she was younger in high school and in grade school. She'll show like a couple of my wife and her brothers and family, but mainly I'll see photos of her. Is she telling me something. Does she feel old, and she wants to be young and sexy again? Is she there a secret message she is hinting to me? What?!

    Could b she seeks comfort. Maybe u should try getting her to go out and talk to ppl.. don't think she's getting at you.

    She may just want a friend or she wants the feeling that someone sees the good and pretty in her. Could be u just happen to b the guy there.. does she do this with her sons too?
