Whenever i see someone with a stomach virus, or throwing up, i start to feel really sick. And then i start to think that i caught it to and it happens in a matter of minutes. My stomach hurts extremely bad i feel like i have to vomit, and evrything. I never throw up so i came to think it is my imagination, because i have such a great fear of getting sick. Am i crazy?

    i saw an episode of house kinda like this; they were all on a plane, and a guy got a non-contagious disease, but everybody on board was convinced they had it. it's a mental state of mind, next time you feel like you have the virus, just keep telling yourself it's impossible to have it?
